Macabeu, a variety mostly known as one of the three grape varieties to produce cava. Our Macabeu wine has a mineral nose with aromas of roasted almonds, lime, pink grapefruit. You can even find a delicate smell of petrol. This wine aged 4 months in oak barrels which gave this wine its roasted notes. You can taste roasted nuts, lime, orange, and pear in the mouth together with a delicate bitter note. Show more
