The Macallan, renowned since 18 24, produces exceptional single malt whisky. Their distillery, designed by architects Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners, features five grass-covered domes mirroring the landscape. Producing 15 million liters, they craft core styles like Sherry Oak (12-30 years old), Triple Cask, and Double Cask (aged in American and European oak sherry casks).
