The Fine Oak series was introduced in 2004 and combines ex-sherry with ex-bourbon casks. This expression has spent at least 21 years in a combination of 3 casks, selected by The Ma callan Master of Wood: Spanish & American sherry-seasoned oak as well as American bourbon-seasoned oak.
