The two releases, celebrating the 200th anniversary (1824) of The Macallan, contain 3 new whiskies: "TIME: SPACE" contains two different whiskies: an 84-year-old and a five-year-old, while "TIME: SPACE Mastery" contains a third whisky with no age statement. Creative Director, Jaume Ferras, explains, "For Mastery, we worked with a selection of casks to create the desired profile. The master whisky makers used a diverse array of casks across a variety of cooperages, bodegas, oak origins, seasoning styles and cask sizes.
