Then it’s your turn to step in. With hands-on guidance throughout, you’ll mix and pipe your own batch of macaron shells while learning how to recognize each stage with confidence. While your shells are resting and baking, you’ll work with pre-prepared shells to learn filling, pairing, and assembly using a classic filling from our menu. You’ll head home with a box of finished macarons, your own piped shells, and a clear understanding of how to approach macarons in your own kitchen. To continue building your skills, this class is part of our Macaron Collection — a series designed to guide you from foundations through flavour, finishing, and more advanced techniques.
