Join us for a Macaron Masterclass! Almondine was born out of a never ending desire to perfect the macaron. It took us around a year and a half of practicing and tweaking to come up with our own unique recipe. We are now ready to share that recipe with you! We are delighted to offer macaron classes at our macaron HQ in Aberdeen. We will guide you through each step of the process. From making the macaron shells to piping them out and filling them with delicious chocolate ganaches. This is a beginners class, no baking experience required! We look forward to welcoming you to our production kitchen soon! £85pp (3 hour class) and refreshments will be provided. Masterclasses will only be available on a first come first serve basis. No extensions will be permitted or alternative dates offered. More information will be emailed to you closer to your booking date with class time and location, please check your junk folder also.
