Three years in a Bajan rum cask from the West Indies Rum Distillery add tropical brightness and a vibrant Caribbean character, resulting in a single cask that is approachable, lively, and full of maritime charm. Tasting Notes - Tropical fruit and sweet/nut Colour: Deep golden honey. Nose: Sweet syrup, ripe mango and caramelised coconut. Palate: Juicy red berries, raspberry marzipan and gentle spice. Finish: Lingering sweet fruitiness with a bright, candied lift.
