Mace offers a subtle, warm spice that’s gentler than nutmeg. This delicate outer covering of nutmeg delivers a similar flavor without the intensity. Perfect for both sweet and savo ry dishes where nutmeg might overpower, mace pairs beautifully with creamy foods and shellfish. Ideal for adding warmth without overwhelming the dish.
