A machine control buttons pack is the minimum set of 22 mm panel-mount controls for the front of a machine: an emergency stop, a momentary button for start or jog, and a latching b utton for a mode or enable that has to stay selected. All three share a single 22 mm panel cut-out.Functionally equivalent to: Schneider Electric Harmony XB4 (metal) and XB5 (plastic) · Telemecanique XB2 · any 22 mm panel-mount control. Identical 22 mm cut-out and stackable contact blocks; a single Schneider XB4 metal E-stop with 1 NO + 1 NC typically sells for USD 40–188.Compatible replacement part. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by these manufacturers, and this is not an OEM part — check the specification below against your application before ordering.Three 22 mm panel buttons — the minimum set for the front of a machine you actually intend to switch on. A mushroom emergency stop with a 1 NO + 1 NC block that twists to release, a green momentary for start or jog, and a yellow latching button for a mode or enable that should stay where you left it.\n\nAll three share the same 22 mm cut-out, so one hole saw does the whole panel. Screw terminals and silver contact bases.\n\nPlease read the note in the specifications: an E-stop button on its own is not a safety system. How it is wired, monitored and what it actually de-energises is the design decision, and it belongs to whoever puts the machine into service. What can you use it for? Parts and accessories are charged by parcel weight, the same rates everywhere: $11.99 up to 250 g, $19.99 to 500 g, $34.99 to 1 kg and $59.99 to 2 kg. Orders over $100 that stay under 500 g ship free. Standard tracked runs 5–18 business days; DHL Express (3–5 business days) is offered at checkout if you need it sooner. Within Singapore: $6, or free over $110. Assembled robot-arm kits over 2 kg are built and calibrated to order in Singapore (dispatch in 7–10 business days) and ship worldwide at carrier cost: SingPost Speedpost Priority from $124.99 (10–14 business days) or DHL Express from $229.99 (3–5 business days), shown at checkout. 7-day returns; defective items are replaced or refunded with shipping covered. Import duties, where charged by your country, are paid by the recipient. One parcel, one shipping charge: small parts travel together, so the postage on a single 70 g servo is the same as on six of them. A 500 g parcel holds roughly six servos plus horns and cables — which is also about where an order passes $100 and ships free. If you are buying one small item, it is usually worth checking what else you will need for the same build.Frequently asked questionsIs this E-stop button a complete safety system? No, and this matters. A mushroom button with an NC contact is one component of a stop function. What that contact breaks, whether it is monitored, which stop category applies and how the machine behaves on reset are design decisions that belong to whoever puts the machine into service. Buy this as a component, not as compliance. Why use the NC contact rather than the NO one on an E-stop?So that a broken wire or a disconnected block stops the machine instead of silently disabling the stop. The NC contact is closed in normal running and opens when the button is struck. What is the difference between the green and yellow buttons? The green one is momentary — it makes contact only while pressed, which suits start and jog. The yellow one latches — it stays in until pressed again, which suits a mode or enable selection that has to hold. What size hole do I need to drill?22 mm for all three. A 22 mm hole saw or a chassis punch does the whole panel. Can I add more contact blocks?Yes. The 22 mm carrier accepts stacked contact blocks, so you can add further NO or NC contacts to any of the three buttons if your circuit needs them.
