Please drop your machine off anytime between 10am-3.30pm Monday-Friday (we will not email you to arrange this) If you are posting your machine, please ensure it is securely packaged, -no insurance will be valid if not in original packaging or if you accept delivery when the box is visibly damaged. You are responsible for getting your machine to us and arranging for its collection. Replacement lightbulbs are not included in your service -the additional cost for replacing the bulb is £10 if we are providing the bulb. Alternatively, you can bring a replacement bulb for the engineer to fit. What we need: Your bobbin & bobbin case (in machine) Your thread if it's an overlocker Standard presser foot (embroidery foot if checking embroidery machine) Embroidery hoop & Unit if embroidery Your order number or name on your machine/case/additional items Please leave at home: Accessory tray or sleeve arm extension Instruction books Extra feet or tools Quilting tables Bags, cases or covers Power cord -unless it is unique to your machine or an older machine. Most power cords are standard fitting. Foot peddle if you have a stop/start button on your machine. Unless the issue is with your foot peddle. If your machine is under warranty, please note: Not covered under manufactures warranty: Bobbin cases, needle threaders, needle plates and any other replaceable items that wear with use, or the timing on machines designed to jump instead of causing damage (if you hit a pin or the wrong fold on a seam that is impenetrable it's bad luck not a fault with the machine -like driving over a pothole in your car) Book a Warranty Repair Machines must be collected within 2 weeks of service completion, otherwise they will be a weekly storage fee!!!
