The Macintosh Basics OS 9 test is designed to measure the test taker's knowledge of the Macintosh environment and the Macintosh operating system. This test measures knowledge of concepts related to using the Macintosh. Test administrators can use this test in conjunction with Microsoft Office testing products in order to assess a user's knowledge base in regards to the Macintosh environment. The Microsoft Office products are virtually the same in the Windows and Macintosh platform. Tests for Corel WordPerfect 9.0 and Adobe PageMaker 6.5 are also available.
