With versatile applications, these memory foam inserts provide relief in various ways: For patients wearing breast bands: positioned horizontally under the band to prevent rubbing. For patients with lower bust discomfort or bloating: placed just under the bra’s lower seam for added comfort. For upper pole discomfort: positioned beneath the breast band on the upper chest to alleviate pressure, especially after submuscular implant placement. For developed seromas: positioned over the seroma to provide seamless compression under the bra. These anatomical inserts cushion, flatten, and minimise scarring while supporting the surgical site and preventing fluid retention after skin detachment procedures like liposuction. Material and Care Macom garments are made of 90.4% Polyamide and 9.6% Elastane. All products are 100% latex free. They are fully breathable, hypoallergenic, and do not retain body heat. All Macom products should be washed by hand, at a maximum temperature of 30°C. They should be air dried. Bleach and fabric conditioner should never be used on the products. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean the garments as this may lead to permanent alteration of their shape and a loss of elasticity. Do not remove stains with solvents.
