Introducing Mad Med, an exciting new project from the team behind Domaine de la Mongestine making natural, wild fermented, unfiltered and low sulphur wine in two glass serve, 250ml cans in Provence. Having tried a mountain of canned vino over the last few months (very few of which can claim to be natural or no/low) we think these stand head-and-shoulders above the rest with vibrant, quenching, juicy acidity, and pure fruit flavour at the forefront, with just a little hint of natty funk.
