Coconut, curry leaves and mustard seeds in a medium spicy tomato-base d sauce make this a favourite for almost every palate. Cassia at home is created by Chef Sid Sahrawat of awards winning restaurant Cassia in Auckland. Simply cook your favourite veg, fish, meat, plant protein or combination and add the sauce to the pan.
