The Maestro Arcas Compressor Sustainer is an incredibly dynamic sonic solution that works as lightly or as hard as you desire to level and control your output signal. Compression lefts your softer notes and squishes your louder notes to your desired volume for steady and even output in live or studio settings. Controls are a combination of a simple, 3-knob configuration and a 2-way toggle. SUSTAIN controls the amount of gain applied while the ATTACK controls the speed the compression engages. LEVEL controls the overall volume output and gain compensation. Switch between LO and HI to increase pick attack sensitivity. The all-analog Maestro Arcas is true bypass and runs on either a 9V battery or 9V DC power supply. Maestro, originally born in 1962, was resurrected as a premier pedal line by Gibson brands in 2022.
