The original MagBound® magnetic time lock. Self-bondage innovation continously refined since 2015. The MagBound® Magnetic Time Lock is the foundation of the MagBound® ecosystem. Hand-assembled and individually quality-checked in our Berlin studio, the basic version combines precise engineering with an elegant black housing. It is built for users who demand reliability, modularity, and a seamless integration into structured restraint setups. The locking principle is power-based and deliberately clear. Once connected to a power bank, the magnetic mechanism captures the attachment disc and maintains a strong hold. Release occurs automatically when power is cut, ensuring a defined and predictable safety logic. For safe operation, the device must only be used with a power bank and never connected directly to a wall socket. Functionally similar to the MagBound® Premium in locking force and performance, the basic version uses a durable polymer housing instead of aluminium. It unlocks the full timing system and supports all MagBound® timer modes and core features, but is NOT compatible with our advanced in-house extensions such as the MagBound® Hand Pillory, Hand-Neck Pillory, and Hand-Leg Extension, which are exclusively designed for the MagBound® Premium. This is not an add-on. This is the centerpiece.
