Type: Game Platform: Windows Publisher: Viva Media Released: 2010 Media: CD MAGIC ENCYCLOPEDIA TRILOGY Magic Encyclopedia Trilogy contains three complete, previously released hidden-object adventures. In the original Magic Encyclopedia game, known as "First Story" in this collection, players must find and reassemble ancient, magical objects, in order to prevent the coming of a great evil. In the next game, Magic Encyclopedia: Moonlight, players travel around the world, in search of a missing professor. The adventure continues in Magic Encyclopedia: Illusions, where a crafty villain ensures that nothing is quite as it seems to be. Magic Encyclopedia: First StoryA young magician named Catherine scours the world for the necessary items to stop an evil dragon in Magic Encyclopedia. Search high and low for hidden items within exotic locales set in South America, Africa, and more. Many objects needed to complete your quest are broken, so you'll need to find their missing pieces to make them whole again. Once an item is complete, you can then use it to interact with the background to gain access to another hidden object. Magic Encyclopedia includes over 25 levels of play and hundreds of hand-drawn items to gather. As with most hidden object titles, a number of puzzle-oriented mini-games are included to add some variety to the gameplay. Magic Encyclopedia: MoonlightThis sequel to Magic Encyclopedia: Moonlight finds young magician Katrina searching for her brother's missing professor. You'll need to help Katrina by locating items hidden throughout the game's 32 levels. The catch is that the items are often broken, so you must find the individual pieces before they can be assembled. You can then use completed items on other objects found in different areas, such as a key to unlock a door or chest. There is no time limit in the game, and hints are available by clicking on a crystal ball. A total of 18 mini-games are also included, which range from matching games to traditional sliding tile puzzles. For Windows [*Please review compatibility/platform sections in 'What You Get']
