Performer shows two pieces of colorful tissue paper. He proceeds to tear them in half and in half again until he is holding a handful of torn tissue. He manipulates them and restor es them into a colorful paper hat which can be placed on the head of an assistant. Very little skill is required to perform this terrific effect.
