This kit has everything you need to make a cup of high grade organic matcha tea. Contains the finest organic Japanese ceremonial green tea powder from Gyokuro leaves. Use the inclu ded bamboo Chashaku to place two spoonful's of matcha powder into the bowl, then add about 80 degree C H2O to 1/4 cup full. Slowly stir with bamboo Chasen (whisk) until powder turns to a whitish color. This cup highlights a tender note. Dry the whisk on ceramic holder to maintain shape.
