This lavender scented lotion is packed with magnesium to help with: Restless legs, insomnia, headaches, muscle soreness, and stress. One Tsp=250 mg of magnesium. Start with 1/2 tsp , working your way up to 1 tsp if needed. It will feel a little tacky to the touch because of the magnesium oil, which is why I like to apply to my feet!
