Magnesium+ with Trace is a carefully formulated solution designed to safely raise magnesium levels in your reef tank while providing essential trace elements that support overall coral and invertebrate health. It works best when used in combination with Alkalinity+ with Trace and Calcium+ with Trace, together delivering 18 different trace elements to create a balanced and thriving reef environment. When added, 20 mL per 100 liters (26 gallons) will increase magnesium by approximately 10 ppm. Maintaining stable magnesium levels between 1300–1400 ppm helps corals build strong skeletons, supports healthy reef chemistry, and promotes vibrant coloration. Dosing Guidelines Standard Dose: 20 mL per 100 liters (26 gallons) → increases magnesium by ~10 ppm Recommended Increase: Raise levels gradually at a rate of ~50 ppm per day until desired magnesium levels are reached Maintenance Dose: Once desired levels are achieved, reduce to a lower maintenance dose Combination Use: Works best alongside Alkalinity+ with Trace and Calcium+ with Trace for full trace element support Use within 1 year of opening. Application Tips Dose into your sump or a high-flow area for even distribution Avoid concentrated direct dosing into the display tank to prevent irritation to livestock Automated dosing systems provide safe, consistent magnesium increases Regular testing ensures your magnesium and trace element levels stay within optimal ranges Benefits of Stable Magnesium Levels Supports strong skeletal growth in corals and invertebrates Maintains balanced calcium and alkalinity levels for reef stability Promotes vibrant coral coloration and overall coral health Reduces stress caused by sudden fluctuations in magnesium or other minerals Community BenefitsUsing Magnesium+ with Trace in combination with Alkalinity+ with Trace and Calcium+ with Trace provides your reef tank with 18 essential trace elements, helping to foster a resilient and visually stunning reef community. Healthy corals, stable microfauna, and thriving fish populations are supported by maintaining balanced magnesium and mineral levels. Safety & Handling Not for human consumption Keep out of reach of children Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing; wear gloves and eye protection In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists Contains trace elements; handle with care Best Used When Your tank magnesium levels are below 1300 ppm You want to maintain stable mineral levels for optimal coral growth Complementing Alkalinity + with Trace and Calcium + with Trace for full trace element support As part of a regular reef nutrient and mineral management routine
