The TRIO Flatmount Magnet Kit is a low-profile mounting solution for those wanting to mount their Gen 3 Standard Starlink dish in a secure and convenient way on their boat, RV, or vehicle. Simply press the tabs on the Starlink kickstand, slide it out, click the dish into the TRIO Flatmount, place it onto your steel roof using the rubber-coated magnets, and you’re ready to go. The Gen 3 TRIO Flatmount is intended for permanent or temporary installation on any vehicle: Vans, RVs, Box Trucks, Campers, Boats, Sailboats, and more. With the included Rubber-Coated Magnet Set and Gen 3 12V Power Supply, this kit provides a fast, reliable, and drill-free mounting and power solution for travel days, remote work, or off-grid use. NOTE: If you have a curved roof, the mount has slight flex, but you may need our Swivel Leg Mount Adapters for maximum surface area contact when using rubber-coated magnets, VHB Adhesive Landing Pads, or suction cups. Add to your order if required. Strength: This mount has been designed and tested in normal driving conditions and turbulence, but we recommend installing behind another item (such as an AC unit or storage box) for wind dampening and to protect the dish. It is ultimately up to the end user to make sure the antenna mount is secured appropriately. For fully exposed locations or higher speeds, we recommend our Gen 3 Standard Speedmount.
