Magpie Primer is a tackless primer that preps the nail for adhesion of gel or acrylic. Paint sparingly onto the nail. The solvent evaporates quickly leaving a film on which to appl y the acrylic or gel. Use alone before Magpie Gel Polish application or Magpie Build Me Up application.
