Mailletoshi butcher knife 165x37mm, Monosteel hand forged from 135Cr3 high carbon steel in Sheffield. Mailletoshi is a blade inspired by the famous Munetoshi butcher. Single bevel with a slight hollow urasuki. Very thick blade with distal taper. Kurouchi (blacksmith finish), flat single bevel, satin.
