Foremost among them are Midge Tully, scanman extraordinaire; Su Sanniang, the most dependable straker this side of the Livid Nebula; and slab, Gunther Hart, a translight systems aligner who learned his craft on the tough heavy metal worlds of Riff and Mosher.
