Its culinary uses are endless, but our favorite way to prepare it is drizzled with olive oil and roasted at 350 for 20 minutes. Pick-up locations include the San Francisco Ferry Building or Santa Cruz retail store, and any of our weekly farmer's markets throughout the Bay Area. Due to the perishable nature of this product, cancellations must be placed 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup date.
