Majacraft's standard plastic bobbins are molded in ABS plastic, chosen specifically to minimize the noise made by the tension string in the groove. Cutout end plates keep the weigh t down and let you keep an eye on your yarn while spinning. Because ABS is a softer plastic, Majacraft integrated high quality polymer bearings inside the bobbin shaft for long lasting durability. They may be tricky to spot, but they are there.
