The kitchen is the heart and soul of a home. Many of our fondest childhood memories happened in the kitchen. It was the place where we were in awe of grandma’s baking. It’s where families gather to bond and create rich memories. The stone used for the mom's head was the inspiration for this setting. The softness of her profile, peaking through the sculptured bonnet made this stone a perfect piece to set the feeling of wisdom and a life well-lived. The curiosity of the little girl leaning over a wooden table reminds us of much simpler times and it’s accentuated by her embroidered sleeve.
