Making Space for What's Next is a small-group coaching retreat for women navigating change, transition, uncertainty, or simply a quiet sense that something in life is ready to shift. Held over three mornings in my art-filled cabin in Georgeham, North Devon, this retreat offers a warm, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and gently explore what comes next. Whether you're facing a life transition, rethinking work, adjusting to changing family dynamics, rebuilding after separation, or simply feeling ready for a new chapter, these three mornings are an opportunity to pause and listen to what matters most. Our Journey Together Over three mornings we'll gently move through a simple journey. Not fixing. Not forcing. Simply creating enough space to notice, understand and choose. Morning One Notice Where Am I Now? The first morning is about slowing down. Through reflective coaching exercises, creative journalling and conversation, we'll explore where your energy is currently going, what feels balanced, what feels neglected and the chapter of life you're living right now. You'll begin to see yourself more clearly, recognise what's asking for your attention and discover that awareness is often the first step towards meaningful change. Morning Two Understand Who Am I Becoming? The second morning is about reconnecting with yourself. Together we'll explore the values that matter most to you, the roles you've been carrying and the stories that quietly influence your choices. You'll begin to understand yourself with greater compassion, recognise beliefs that may no longer serve you and reconnect with the person beneath the responsibilities and expectations of everyday life. Morning Three Choose Designing My Next Chapter Our final morning is about turning reflection into intention. We'll gently bring everything together, explore the next chapter you'd like to create and identify a few meaningful commitments that feel realistic, personal and achievable. You'll leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence and practical next steps that feel true to the life you want to build.
