This astonishingly sweet, rich whisky personally selected by Dr. Bill, is finished in casks which once held one of the world's rarest fortified wines, a style that almost became ex tinct. Malaga wines, originating from the sun-kissed south of Spain in the area surrounding the ancient city of Malaga, exist in a few styles, but by far the most sough after is 'Malaga dulce', the sweet version.
