Malaseb Shampoo contains Chlorhexidine Gluconate and Miconazole Nitrate and is used in: Dogs: For the treatment and control of seborrhoeic dermatitis associated with Malassezia pac hydermatis and Staphylococcus intermedius. Cats: As an aid in the treatment of ringworm due to Microsporum canis in conjunction with griseofulvin. Contraindications: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients. Use during pregnancy and lactation: Pregnancy: Malaseb shampoo in conjunction with griseofulvin should not be used in pregnant cats as griseofulvin is contraindicated in pregnancy.
