Malay Rendang Curry Pack Our Malay Rendang is a combination of Malay ingredients and Indian spices with creamed coconut and tomatoes. This is a thick, flavourful curry with a zesty edge from lime leaves and lemongrass. Rafi featured the Rendang twice in her Malaysian Cookery Book. She added eggs to one of the recipes and liver to the other. Our Spice Mix is based on a version of these 2 recipes from her first cookbook. Show more
