We picked this one up on our last buying trip in South East Asia, and are happy to add it to our ever growing list of our oils. Hailing from the border between Malaysia and Thailand, on the Northeastern most part of the Malaysian peninsula, our Malaysian Premier is a unique example of a Malaysian oil with sweet notes more common to Cambodian oils. Aged over a decade, wild harvested. The initial hit is subdued spice with main notes of cinnamon and tamarind.
