Malcaracter "Limited" is a Tempranillo made by two rebellious winemakers in RiberaDel Duero - a region just a few hours north of Madrid. The region’s harsh climate cancreate firm, drying tannins so many winemakers use additives to soften the wine up. But these winemakers let nature do the work.
