A new medium sized sourdough, it's our millstone sourdough base with barley malt syrup and malted wheat and rye flakes. This is a moist, dark loaf with a lovely sweetness.Contains gluten-wheat, barley. Made in an environment where we regularly use nuts, gluten, milk, sesame, celery, eggs and mustard.
