Malvazija is a macerated Malvasia from the Karst plateau, where iron-rich limestone soils and strong winds shape a wine with real definition and grip. It opens with dried apricot a nd orange peel, and a hint of wild honey, alongside savoury spice and a subtle herbal bitterness that runs through the fruit.
