A nourishing loose leaf tea created to support your daily practice of care, replenishment, and presence through every season of motherhood. Motherhood stretches you — physically, emotionally, hormonally. Minerals play a vital role in supporting mood, energy production, muscle relaxation, and hormone balance. Pregnancy, birth, stress, and monthly cycles can quietly draw from your mineral stores, leaving you feeling foggy, tense, restless, or low on energy. Sip slowly. Restore deeply. Breathe again. This is more than tea. This is your practice. A cup. A breath. A moment to receive. What Is a Tea Practice? A tea practice is a daily commitment to yourself. It’s choosing, each day, to pause. To nourish your body.To create a moment that belongs to you. Not something you do perfectly.Something you return to. Whether it’s in the morning before the day begins, in the middle of a busy afternoon, or in a quiet evening moment—your tea becomes a signal to your body: You matter too. Crafted With Intention Formulated by herbalist and mother Vella Ellerbe, Mama’s Minerals was born from lived experience. After the birth of my son Nevan 12 years ago, I experienced postpartum depression. I later came to understand how deeply the body gives during pregnancy and birth, and how important it is to be nourished and replenished afterward. At the time, I didn’t yet have the knowledge or support I needed. Not because I lacked a support system but I lacked knowledge on healing postpartum. Over a decade later, I recently gave birth to my 3rd son, Nury. I returned to my body this time with a deeper understanding of nourishment, rest, and daily care. I created and used this blend as part of my own postpartum ritual, and my experience felt completely different—more supported, more intentional, more connected. Mama’s Minerals is a reflection of that journey. A reminder that when a mother is nourished, she can rebirth to herself—one cup, one breath, one moment at a time.
