Red r aspberry leaf is the dried leaf of the same bramble that gives us summer raspberries, with a mellow, slightly tannic flavor reminiscent of a light black tea. Alfalfa adds a soft, sweet greenness, the kind of flavor that reminds you of a sunny field after a cut. Peppermint brings the bright, cooling lift you'd expect, just enough to keep the cup lively.
