The Mammoth Pinch Block is exactly what it sounds like. At 100mm wide, the Mammoth calls to those with the widest of pinches. The Mammoth is surprisingly good for training key-styl e pinch. The width of the block means you struggle to get all fingers flat, however, you can get a good grasp with your index finger and thumb. It is a very challenging lift, requiring a completley different technique to 60mm / 80mm versions, its perfect for helping to overload the fingers and thumbs.
