The lightweight Pertex Quantum Pro outer fabric has an ultra thin water repellent coating and the external seams are taped. This improves the jackets performance in damp conditions considerably, but it does not make the jacket waterproof. The Eigherjoch jacket is patterned using MAMMUT High Reach Technology for unrestricted freedom of movement so you can keep moving unhindered even when hunkered down in this bombshelter of a jacket. The Helmet-compatible hood has a reinforced peak and 3-point adjustment. The hood and hem use One-hand adjustable drawstring cord with Cohaesive stoppers for easy adjustment even when wearing gloves.
