Mandala Blanco captures pure blue Weber agave in a vessel as striking as the spirit within. Every hand painted ceramic bottle is a singular work of art, no two ever exactly alike. Crafted by Tequila Mandala in the storied agave country of Jalisco, this blanco is produced in small batches from fully mature blue Weber agave. The pinas are slow roasted in traditional brick ovens, a time honored method that coaxes out the deep, sweet character of cooked agave before an unhurried distillation that keeps the spirit soft and expressive. Nose: Fresh agave, citrus blossom, and bright herbal liftPalate: Soft and full bodied, with cooked agave sweetness, gentle pepper, and a touch of tropical fruitFinish: Smooth and lingering, closing clean on sweet roasted agave This blanco shines in a fresh Margarita or a classic Tequila Sunrise, where its natural sweetness and citrus notes carry the glass. Best enjoyed neat or over a single large cube to let the agave character unfold. 100% blue Weber agave, Jalisco, Mexico.
