DESCRIPTION Joint Joy is a blended herbal supplement that may assist horses (and dogs) with joint problems, inflammation, arthritis, back soreness and general health. Ingredients Turmeric - Commonly recognised for it's powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties (significantly more so than Vitamin C or E). Turmeric has the ability to neutralise free radicals before they damage healthy cells and cell membranes. A natural and powerful treatment for joint pain and stiffness. This product is certified organic and contains a minimum 5% curcumin. White Willow Bark Powder - Famous for being the original source of salicylic acid (the precursor to aspirin), but unlike aspirin, it does not thin the blood. Used for thousands of years to relieve joint pain and to manage fevers. Recognised as an excellent remedy for arthritic and rheumatic pain affecting joints such as hips and knees, and also the back. It may relieve inflammation and swelling, improving mobility in aching, painful joints. Rosehip Granules - Well known for helping to stimulate circulation, and for being high in antioxidants and Vitamin C. Known to aid in tissue repair. Promotes overall increased health and vitality. Celery Seeds - A quality cleansing, mildly diuretic herb that is useful in ridding the system of an accumulation of waste products. An improvement in circulation of fluids encourages a horse to drink and sweat more easily. Celery has a significant antiseptic action with carminative (warming) effects. Dosage Horses: 20-30g per day/500kg horse mixed into feed. 20g = 2 tablespoons approx. Dogs: 1-2 teaspoons per day May be of benefit for improving or promoting health or production or performance.
