xMangave 'Crazy Cowlick' is a fascinating 2018 hybrid involving Agave bovicornuta, Agave gypsophila ssp. pablocarrilloi crossed with a manfreda hybrid from the Walters Gardens bree ding program. xMangave 'Crazy Cowlick' forms a 20" tall x 3' wide specimen composed of very wide, wavy green leaves, each with large purple spots, concentrated heaviest toward the center.
