Nothing artificial and made by us for you. We grind all our spices from whole and so there are no anti-caking agents or fillers in our mixes. There are no gluten or dairy based ingredients in the mix. Gluten based ingredients or dairy based ingredients are not required for the fresh ingredients. Ingredients: cumin, coriander, white pepper, black pepper, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, sugar, salt.
