Unlike many mango cultivars that fruit once per year, Chok Anan trees are known for their ability to flower multiple times annually in tropical climates, allowing near year round harvests. The fruit ripens to a glowing golden yellow and carries smooth, fibre light flesh that is soft, aromatic and deeply sweet. Its flavour is often described as pure mango nectar with gentle floral notes, making it one of the most enjoyable varieties for fresh eating. Chok Anan mangoes are typically smaller to medium sized, with individual fruits usually weighing 250 g to 400 g.
