This Mango Natural Flavouring is a clear water based flavouring that is ideal for flavouring most mediums such as cake mix, cookies, icing, frosting, buttercream, macaroons & more. Being water based, they will not evaporate as rapidly when exposed to heat (not bake-out). However they are not appropriate for flavouring chocolate or hard candy due to their water content. Oil based flavourings would be the preferred option. Comes in a 50ml bottle. Recommended quantity is approximately 30ml for 1kg paste but this will depend on the medium.
