This mango salsa is a great accompaniment to our BBQ Chicken Wings or Spicy Chicken Burgers. 3 cups mangoes - peeled & chopped to ¼ inch pieces (choose slightly underripe mangoes) ½ tsp Jaswant’s Kitchen Garam Masala ½ tsp Jaswant’s Kitchen Raita Salt ¼ cup sweet onions (finely diced) 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp mint – finely chopped ¼ cup coriander – finely chopped ¼ tsp Thai or hot green chili - minced ½ tsp sea salt (to taste) Combine all ingredients and adjust salt to taste.
