How to Brew Manhattan Breakfast Tea Use freshly boiled water at 100°C and add one heaped teaspoon per cup. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Choose 3 minutes for a brighter cup with more floral and brisk notes from the Kenyan and Ceylon teas. Brew for 4 minutes for fuller Assam malt and greater depth from the Keemun.
