The aroma of boiling maple syrup in our shop is heavenly. If you close your eyes, you can imagine yourself standing in a Vermont maple sugar house in the springtime. We simmer sele ct pure Vermont maple syrup, and as it cools we hand stir and pour it into maple leaf shaped candy molds. Our unique maple candy process is a bit of a trade secret, but we can say that we produce it the old-fashioned way, just like our grandparents did, without the use of candy machines. Show more
