This wine is crafted from hand-picked Castelão grapes from Manz Wine's Cheleiros vineyards. On the palate, it offers a perfect balance of a harmonious and sweet richness with a refreshing and crisp finish. A truly elegant rosé! Enjoy it with starters, sushi, seafood, fish, pasta, and salads, or as a delightful aperitif. Winemaker: Ricardo Noronha. Soil: Clay-limestone. Climate: Atlantic. Vinification process: Pre-fermentative skin maceration, in an inert environment and at a controlled temperature of 12ºC. After extraction, the tear must undergoes a static clarification process. The fermentation process takes place in a stainless steel tank, with temperature control between 14ºC and 16ºC.
